“I have been here a few times as it's close to home. My first visit is was helped by (I hope I'm using the correct name Yonis? A manager at this location) An immense amount of energy, brightness and warmness. When he took my order, it felt like we had been friends for years. A very genuine and authentic person. Today I had visit at this location, I ordered a birthday drink, and the order was not quite correct, and the barista (shout out to Alaska!) Was so kind, accommodating and kind. She offered to make it right without hesitation. This location doesn't just have a great team, but a consistently great team. This is my favorite Dutch location to visit.”

“Omg nicest & cleanest Dutch bros. I came after doing a few Uber Eats deliveries it the area and needed a pick me up. Stopped here at Dutch Bros off Cactus and Dean Martin. There was a male Karen I think complaining about me using the farthest entrance to get to the drive thru. I rolled down my window and my Female barista( forgot her name) was so nice and I asked if there was a problem this is not my local Dutch Bros. She said no it’s ok girl and ensured me to not worry about it . I broke down in tears from the amount of stress I encountered and hatred from people in a short two hours of doing deliveries. I told her she restored my faith in humanity and I live all the way on East Charleston and I will be back to this location (although it’s almost closer to the California Boulder than where I live) I told her she was so kind and just to listen and tell me it’s gonna be ok I wanted to tip big as I was still crying and she said not necessary were here to help it’s our job. So she refused the tip. She than gave me stickers to make it better and it did and I told her thank you cause my son took my purple holographic slot machine sticker. Low and behold she pulled one mor e out and said “THIS ONE?” I was even happier that sticker started rotation months ago I would have never guessed I would see it again. Thank you all the staff for making my day and making me smile l. I’m calling corporate to give y’all the proper recognition you all very well deserve. Stay kind”

“I don’t know how they do it, but the service at Dutch Bros is seriously A1 every single time I go! The staff is always so friendly, upbeat, and genuinely makes you feel like a VIP. I’ve never had to wait long, and they always get my order just right—whether it’s a classic drink or something I saw off of TikTok. I honestly look forward to every visit, and it’s hands down my favorite spot for little pick-me-up. If you’re not going to Dutch Bros, you’re missing out! ””
